What we collect
- From business customers and prospects: name, business name, phone, email, and anything you send us by phone, text, email, or the contact form.
- From callers to a shop's After Hours Line: the details a caller gives (such as name, callback number, address, and the problem), plus call audio or transcripts needed to deliver the message to the shop.
- This website does not use advertising trackers or sell cookies. The contact form opens your own email app; nothing is stored by this site.
How we use it
- To answer calls for the shops we serve and send them the call details by text or email.
- To reply to your questions, set up service, send invoices, and provide support.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry or account, and shop owners receive call alerts by text. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers we use to run the service (for example phone, texting, AI voice, email, and hosting providers), with the shop a caller was trying to reach, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or billing needs, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
